WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Shipping costs may vary depending on your proximity. Calculated at checkout.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Cairo & Alex : 24-48 hours (Up to 2 business days)
Delta & Canal: 24-72 hours (Up to 3 business days)
Upper Egypt, Red Sea zone & South Sinai: Up to 4 business days.
International: Up to 4 business days.
*Shipping and handling charges are fixed, based on your location and are calculated at checkout.
WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Returns are permitted within 3 days from the date of receiving the order. (note that: product must be returned unworn in its original packaging, with its price tag.)
DO I COVER MY OWN COSTS?
Yes, unless the product is faulty or the product received does not match your order.
CAN I TRACK THE DELIVERY OF MY PARCEL?
Yes, once order is placed customer receives a tracking link. Also check the "Tracking Your Order" page.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER I'VE PLACED IT?

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPTS?
International: We only accept debit/credit card payments online.
Egypt: We accept both cash on delivery and debit/credit card payments online.
